Select "Internet Options."
Select "Privacy."
Choose a setting that lets you to accept Cookies, or select "Accept All Cookies."
Select "Advanced."
Scroll down and choose "Java JIT compiler enabled." Click on "OK"
Close the browser windows and launch the browser again.
Netscape Navigator
In the top-most menu bar, click on "Edit."
Select "Preferences."
Select "Advanced."
Choose "Enable Java," "Enable JavaScript," and "Accept All Cookies."
Click "OK"
